    2 years in Supply Chain, service/help desk or call center environment. Required

    Responsibilities

    Job Summary
    The Asset Coordinator is responsible for supporting receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage of products. Possesses Subject Matter Expertise for supply chain related systems used within Biomedical Engineering to support daily operational needs. Supports asset inventories and capital lifecycle processes, including working with Finance and other administrative depts. Responsible for daily activities associated with the movement of materials throughout HonorHealth with attention to standards for safety, security, and productivity. Performs other job related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel. The incumbent may drive a HonorHealth vehicle.
    • Data entry and management within the Maintenance Management System (MMS)Supports requisitioning for the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) department
      Supports preventative maintenance and work order management reporting
      Effectively utilizes databases, spreadsheets, and required technologies
      Works collaboratively with various stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, and information technology, to advance capital lifecycle management
    • Triages and prioritize incidents, monitors incident status, takes ownership and follow-up with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution
      Builds positive working relationships with team members, managers & all departments.
      Proactively or timely recognizes opportunities for service recovery and acts to resolve issues.
    • Participates in appropriate planning meetings and contributes to expense reduction initiatives
      Reports for emergency response and performs assigned tasks.
      Creates training and education documentation to support metrics, policies, procedures, and system tools.
      Provides training view phone, online, and in person.
    • Coordinates Asset Management program including Tagging, Inventory, Disposition (Reuse, Sale, Donation, or Disposal)
      Understands appropriate industry standards to assist with Equipment Formulary Management
      Supports project planning and management
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
