    Responsibilities

    Job Summary
    This position collects and analyzes supply chain and financial data, and is responsible for the effective development and presentation of contract, clinical, financial, and statistical analysis supporting performance and cost reduction goals. Monitors operational performance to improve Supply Chain Shared Services. This position works closely with accounting, category management, operations, Legal, construction project management, and others to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes. This position is responsible for and/or participates in creating functional documentation, participating or reviewing technical documentation, system configuration, creating training materials and facilitating or leading cross functional teams through projects and/or issues to achieve desired results.
    • Provides leadership and support to the management team related to Budgeting and Financial performance through the budgeting process and ongoing auditing and reporting of financial outcomes compared to flex related volumes. Leads the development of action plans to mitigate any potential financial risks.
    • Provides support to the leadership team related to process improvement and the auditing of operational process. Works with each operational team to evaluate potential process opportunities along with ensuring accountability with standard operating procedures through process and performance audits. Communicates all necessary changes and updates with appropriate stakeholders.
    • Develops and oversees the product recall management program to ensure all functions are being performed according to regulatory guidelines. Ensures the proper documentation and accountability of all stakeholders within this program. Serves as the SC lead related to any FDA or other regulatory audits within the product recall program. Additionally, this position will assist in other DNV and other regulatory agency audits related to Supply Chain Shared Services.
    • Performs ongoing project management support as necessary to ensure specifics projects are on task and on time
    • Leads the SCSS Policy and Procedure Committee. Creates training and education documentation to support policies, procedures, and system tools. Provides training via phone, online, and in person.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
