    Responsibilities

    Job Summary
    The Corporate Events Manager is responsible for tying our events strategy into existing marketing, employee engagement, and customer experience goals. Events include some public-facing events, but the majority of the events will engage, honor and inspire HonorHealth leadership and employees in alignment with corporate vision and goals. He / she will manage events from start to finish - planning, coordination with various departments, facility and catering contracts, audio/visual, content and messaging. The position will also develop metrics of success for corporate events and measure each event according to those metrics.
    • Responsible for the planning, coordination, communication and execution of all of HonorHealth’s large-scale internal corporate events & meetings. This includes, but is not limited to Rallies, Town Halls, Employee Appreciation, Ambassador Walks and other activations that meet the engagement criteria defined by marketing leadership.
    • Coordinates all program elements leading up to and onsite, including accommodations, entertainment, venue sourcing, activities, transportation, F&B etc. Responsible and accountable for working within and tracking event budgets.
    • Creates, maintains and manages the DIY events model, empowering and providing resources for internal teammates planning smaller scale events. Act as an advisor to departments and develops corporate standards.
    • Manage, in partnership with supply chain, legal and others - a portfolio of approved vendors.
