POSITION SUMMARY

Acts as first point of contact to all customers. Organizes and facilitates office duties of the health center. Performs a variety of clerical and patient support duties to include telephone, registration, scheduling and data entry duties as they relate to their department. Responsible for patient chart maintenance and communication with physician's offices as needed and requested.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE: 6 months experience in scheduling and/or registration in a healthcare setting.
