    Bachelor's Degree Required

    3 years management experience, including an additional 2 years in Marketing, Product Branding, Communications or related field. Required


    Job Summary
    Network Director-Editorial and Visual Content will lead graphic design, video production, and writing/editing across all HonorHealth channels and for all audiences, including web, social, traditional, drip campaigns, etc. This leader will set vision for the creative services team, and develop creative strategy, with the associated key performance indicators and metrics, to help achieve the Marketing Department's growth and engagement goals. Responsible for measure performance of the team against these KPIs and report to other leaders as appropriate. Manages brand style, brand elements, and digital assets, and ensure compliance with style guidelines in all internal and external messages, collateral, etc. In addition to supporting all marketing campaigns, will also lead creative campaigns not related to other marketing efforts, utilizing new approaches and tools when it makes sense to do so. Ensures that the creative services team and freelancers operate as efficiently as possible and to the highest standards of quality, by project prioritization and management, clear quality expectations, and communications with clients in a transparent and objective manner.
    • Sets strategic direction and vision for the creative services department - graphics, videos, written content, web, social, etc.
      Clearly defines key performance indicators and measurement strategy for all creative.
      Continuously measures effectiveness of creative against KPIs, and clearly reports relevant data to department and network leadership.
      Serves as creative consultant for leaders throughout the network to find the most effective way to achieve their objectives.
      Assesses and manages technologies and tools for creative team, including design platforms, DAMs, blog platforms and others.
      Manages the creative budget.
    • Leads the creative team - video producers, graphic designers, writers/editors, plus outside agencies and freelancers - to get the maximum results with limited resources.
      Helps the team vet and prioritize projects according to established priorities, then communicate/negotiate with clients on timelines and alternative strategies and tactics.
      Manages the team to meet deadlines, properly track work, follow department processes, etc.
      Sets and maintains clear quality standards, and work with the team to constantly hone their skills and produce highly engaging content.
    • Creates content - written and/or graphics and/or videos for various campaigns and projects.
      Innovate - adopt new creative approaches and styles, and test them for effectiveness.
      Explore new channels, new interactive methods, and new vendors to help us grow volumes and engage our audiences.
    • Plans, establishes and revises work assignments. Oversees the staff and ensure adequate staffing levels, inclusive of hiring/onboarding, evaluating, managing performance, coaching and developing employees ensuring employee productivity, quality of work, and alignment of goals with our mission, vision, and values. Ensure compliance with all policies, financial stewardship by being accountable for the financial integrity around development and maintenance of department budgets. May settle employee issues and administer appropriate disciplinary action. Trains and evaluates staff. Promotes effective communication and information flow within the practice(s).
