    Doctorate M.D. / D.O. Required

    Member of HonorHealth Medical Staff
    Good teaching skills.
    Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine

    Licenses and Certifications
    Physician\PHYS - Physician AZ State Licensure Required
    Eligible to be board certified in Family Medicine Required

    Job Summary
    Provides direct patient care in a federally qualified health center in accordance with evidence based treatment guidelines. Physician will deliver care in a team-centered approach; interact with patients and families to keep them informed and engaged in the decisions and direction of health care; provide counseling education and resource information on wellness, prevention of illness and health maintenance; and refer patients as appropriate for specialty care services and educational training for their conditions.
    • Clinical Duties:
      -Provide direct patient care to eligible patient at the NOAH Clinics in accordance with Community Health Center Standards and evidence based treatment guidelines.
      -Maintains, monitors and ensures accurate and timely documentation of patient encounter records to meet criteria set forth by Hononr Health , NOAH, HIPAA and supporting granting agencies.
      -Interacts with patients and families, school nurses, teachers, social workers and other outside agencies as appropriate. Provides counseling education and resource information on wellness, prevention of illness and health maintenance.
      -Supervises student and resident education rotations at NOAH sites when mutually decided upon with clinician and CMO or designee
      -Provides supervision for advanced practitioners when mutually decided upon with clinician and CMO or designee
      -Interacts professionally and effectively with NOAH clinic staff and management.
      -Acts in a fiscally responsible manner. Works with management on program sustainment protocols. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
