Serves as the primary point-of-contact to Scottsdale Health Partners (SHP) member physician practices as they work with SHP. Communicate with the practice staff, office managers, and physicians at assigned practices on a recurring basis regarding administrative processes and topics, and SHP technologies. Provides training, answers questions, solves problems, provides informational, procedural and administrative updates and resolves issues with SHP technology solutions. Represents SHP as resource to physician practices. In addition to phone and email, will make regular visits to practice office locations.

Leads practice integration activities by serving as an SHP contact as the practice works toward implementing the technologies and procedures of SHP. Coordinates and facilitates training activities (technology and administrative) with community practices. Is responsible for organizing and documenting community practice outreach activities (communications and training) to ensure all practices receive appropriate levels of support.


EDUCATION: Associates degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or related field or 4 years related work experience in lieu of degree.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years administrative experience in progressively responsible roles within physician practice or healthcare setting.
