    Job Summary
    This position is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales plan to maintain and grow referrals from providers and/or physician practices to Honor Health services and programs. Executes initiatives related to increasing loyalty and preference to HonorHealth affiliates among internal and external provider referral sources. Performs activities related to profitable sales and business growth through the identification and contact of customers, cultivation of potential and existing referral sources, tracking of daily sales and outreach activities, and working collaboratively with appropriate internal stakeholders to address issues that may be identified via sales and business development processes.
    This position is focused on assisting the Physician Relation Manager role by executing sales and marketing plans to community providers/office staff, i.e. referral coordinators, office managers.
    • Seeks opportunities to increase the growth of business with the assigned markets and takes appropriate action. Identifies potential referral sources and appropriately cultivates them. Maintains effective relationships with existing customers. Meets sales and business development goals.
    • Records daily sales activities, creates schedules and provides comprehensive updates on prospects and their movement through the sales process. Monitors/analyzes results versus plan by evaluating weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue, margin and quota attainment. Ensures accurate reporting of all business sales.
    • Maintains on-going relationship(s) with providers, employers and consumers for the purpose of resolving any and all problems identified during the sales call process and to develop and maintain product knowledge. Represents the company and the program(s) in a positive and professional manner.
      Partners with other departments to develop tools for sales and business building, e.g., brochures/fact sheets, informational packets and fliers. Suggests new opportunities with potential for financial viability. May order promotional material, collaterals and supplies necessary to achieve desired results.
      Serves as a communication resource in the delivery and messaging to assigned internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identifies issues and opportunities for improvement and reports to the Director and/or Hospital administration. Works with managers and directors to resolve any and all problems identified during the sales call process. Actively seeks and obtains any related information from referral sources. Functions as a liaison between the organization and the customer. Follows up with all customer concerns regarding opportunities to improve.
      Supports business intelligence and alignment efforts of healthcare providers, healthcare provider practices, employers, consumer groups and other strategic partners through current and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
