    Responsibilities

    Job Summary
    Manages fund raising events with special emphasis on the charity Golf Events. Provides support for other Foundation fund raising activities. Accountable for assigned share of annual revenue. Coordinates all sponsor and underwriting solicitations. Is the staff liaison for event Chairmen and committees. Manages and/or participates in third party events.

    • Manages fund raising events with special emphasis on Golf Events. Provides support for other Foundation fund raising activities such as third party events. Accountable for assigned share of annual revenue. Coordinates all sponsor and underwriting solicitation. Is the staff liaison for event Chairmen and committees. Manages relevant data input. Supervises volunteers for these events.
    • Accountable for meeting assigned revenue projections. Responsible for events budget
      management.
    • Staffs all events’ committee meetings, handles all correspondence, invitation design,
      solicitation brochures and mailings, acknowledgements to sponsors, participants and
      volunteers. Orders gifts, awards, appropriate golf wear for volunteers and participants, give-
      aways, etc. Coordinates all recognition and signage for above mentioned events.
    • Manages all events’ components and logistics including venue, food, giftsand prizes, silent and
      live auction items, and cost reduction items. Contracts with resorts, country clubs, hotels,
      entertainment groups, staging companies, and individual independent contractors, among
      others.
    • Conducts analysis of events participation/expense/revenue trends, makes recommendations
      or obtaining optimum set revenues to executive staff team. Supervises all data input for
      events mailings, registrations and RSVPs, contributions, entry fees, auction purchases, etc.
      Maintains accurate mailing lists related to the events. Regularly provides support for other
      major Foundation fund raising events
