    Responsibilities

    Job Summary
    This position provides strategic and operational leadership and administration for assigned region. Is responsible for the oversight of multi -practice operations, financial management, revenue cycle management, patient experience, continuous improvement in clinical operations and implementation of standardized policies and procedures accreditation, safety and quality in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as, applicable regulations, and other state/national requirements.
    • Operational Leadership
      •Provides effective leadership by role modeling behaviors that promote professional and open communication. Demonstrates strategic thinking leading to action; is accountable for outcomes in all aspects of their responsible area. Responsible for integrating the strategic plan and execution of the HonorHealth Medical Group goals and objectives through effective collaboration, quality, key performance indicators, patient relationships, team member communication and engagement.
      •Provides financial and operational oversight to the assigned region. In collaboration with Practice Managers and/or Practice Supervisors, monitors financial and operational metrics, identifies adverse trends and develops action plans to improve performance.
      •Monitors revenue cycle performance in collaboration with Physician Billing Office; identifies front end process improvement / standardization opportunities and works with practice leadership to implement action plans. Creates accountability amongst Practice Managers/Supervisors around charge capture and charge reconciliation and establishes regular mechanisms to monitor and continuously improve performance.
      •Collaborates with Innovation Care Partners (ICP) to continue to improve.
      •Ensures assigned practices meet all licensing, regulatory and accreditation requirements and oversee continuous readiness initiatives.
    • People
      •Responsible to hire and manage Practice Manager/Supervisor(s) as applicable to the region. Trains and mentors these leaders and establish leadership expectations and defined accountabilities.
      •Provides Practice Managers/Supervisors with expertise and support to resolve HR issues that arise in the practice. Ensures that all HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and enforced.
      •Engages in leadership rounding with staff and providers in order to receive feedback and develop action plans to continuously improve the practice environment as a great place to work and practice. Holds Practice Manager/Supervisor(s) accountable for staff and provider engagement and retention.
    • Patient Experience
      •Establishes forums / processes to regularly review CGCAHPS data for assigned practices. Identifies key drivers for improvement and supports Practice Manager/Supervisors in the development and implementation of action plans to drive improvement in scores.
      •Develops and provides leadership to system or region-level patient experience initiatives.
      •Coordinates provider and staff patient experience training as applicable to the region.
      •Provides Practice Manager/Supervisor(s) with expertise and support to resolve patient complaints as necessary.
      Patient Experience
