    Responsibilities

    Job Summary
    The Quality Specialist will assist with the Quality and Risk area's administrative, operational, and program activities with internal teams, organizations practices, payers, and other partners. In addition, the Quality Specialist will assist in development and delivery of activities and programs to support quality and risk collection of data and documentation related to quality measures and risk scoring.
    • Monitors, reviews, analyzes and resolves Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) patient duplicate identifiers - Medical record numbers (MRNs) duplicates and other issues.
    • Assists with Quality and Risk area’s administrative, operational, and program activities including: initiating, monitoring and tracking internal department activities and practices activities.
    • Assists in development and delivery of activities and programs to support quality and risk collection of data and documentation related to quality measures and risk scoring. Keeps abreast of changing quality and risk requirements from payers.
    • Assist in managing professional relationships with ICP providers and practices, CMS, Medicare Beneficiaries and vendors
    • Assists in the development and delivery of quality and risk education and communications to the various ICP practices and members.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
