    Job Summary
    The Program Director for Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining a transformation program that includes the continued development of the Supply Chain Shared Services (SCSS) strategic plan and model for current and future needs. This support will include a rigorous strategic planning process that supports the objectives of the organization along with pro-forma and business case creation for key initiatives. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the SCSS portfolio of projects to support the strategic plan and ensure proper execution of each key initiative. The Transformation Program Director will prepare and deliver business strategies, project summaries, and updates to senior executives. This position will ensure that we are effectively optimizing and aligning our people, processes, and technology in order to continuously improve our operations. The incumbent will be proficient in project management tools and have the ability to communicate and collaborate with SCSS and other stakeholders at all levels internal and external to HonorHealth.
    • Oversees the portfolio of projects within SCSS to ensure all initiatives are completed on time and on budget. Manages this portfolio by collaborating with each project owner and ensuring accountability. Works with the project lead to make sure the required resources and timeframes are being applied to each project. Works with SCSS executives to escalate and prioritize projects. Develops a process library for SCSS where all business processes are documented and maintained.
    • Partners with the appropriate SCSS leader(s) to develop a comprehensive business plan and pro-forma for any key initiative within the SCSS Strategic Plan. Assists in the effort to gain approval for each key initiative. Coordinating with other business partners to get support for the plans.
    • Development and support of the SCSS Strategic planning process. Manages this process through the development of a structured review cadence in collaboration with our SCSS Executive Team. Leads and coordinates an annual review process for business function activities in all areas of SCSS to ensure activities support the overall strategic plan.
    • Drives operational excellence through benchmarking, best practice adoption, process transformation, and qualification of business constraints/rules. Serves as an internal consultant to the SCSS Leadership Team to understand and share industry trends and best practices in order to help mold the future direction of Supply Chain Shared Services. Designs, implements, and oversees the SCSS Leadership and Development program while providing leadership and coaching for significant organizational transformational change.
    • Serves as a lead for SCSS related to mergers and acquisitions. Develops and implements a structured M&A plan for SCSS that meets the objectives of HonorHealth and performs other duties as assigned.
