    Job Summary
    This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding annual fund donors. This position will develop and execute an annual fundraising plan to acquire, renew and upgrade donors through on-line and off-line direct response channels. They serve as a key member of the Moves Management team and are accountable for an assigned share of the Foundation's fundraising goals. The Vice-President of Annual Giving is responsible for providing leadership to annual fundraising programs including direct accountability for the development and implementation of Annual Giving strategies and tactics. Management responsibilities include Associate Vice Presidents for Annual Giving, and Annual Giving Officers.
    • Develop, implement and manage a multi-channel Annual Giving program to acquire, retain and
      and upgrade donors.
    • Manage all aspects of the Annual Giving program including vendor partners, expansion and channel
      integration of overall Annual Fund priorities, as well as budget creation and management. Extract and
      conduct program and Annual Fund activity evaluation and analysis to inform data driven decisions
      in a timely manner.
    • Personally conduct solicitation visits with qualified prospects, and collaborate with the fundraising team on annual fund donor development and pipeline processes.
    • Create annual giving messaging for direct mail, e-mail and social media. Ensure donor centric gift
      acknowledgement, recognition and stewardship of annual donors.
    • Develop and implement a mutli-channel direct-response marketing strategy to acquire and engage
      mid-level donors to maximize revenue including a high-touch direct mail program for mid-level and
      major donors.
    • Aids Leadership and others as requested to input and extract data in order to
      track and continually develop increased levels of giving. Evaluates and cultivates annual donors to
      move along a pipeline into the Major Gift process.
    • Participates in professional associations as appropriate to stay current and abreast of knowledge and
      skills required of a professional fund raising associate. Ensures active identification and
      accomplishment of annual personal development goals.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
